Hannigan Homes is a “Custom Builder” which is defined as one who “builds to satisfy the owner”. Alex Hannigan, President of Hannigan Homes believes that statement encompasses many things, but it begins with the recognition that the owner is the employer and therefore is entitled to the builders allegiance, personal service and dedication to excellence.

A graduate of the University of Dayton, Alex has been building homes for over 23 years. His daily on the job site commitment, along with his professional and friendly manner bring the owner's dream to reality on time and within budget. His fine eye for detail and design has won him many awards including multiple first place awards in the Parade of Homes. Alex has also been chosen "The Builder of the Year" by both the Master Custom Builder Council and the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando.

Alex has assembled a team of only the best tradesmen and has maintained long term relationships in order to ensure continuity and quality. His values and building philosophy have gained him respect and trust throughout the industry. Alex enjoys working with owners and believes the building experiences should not only be satisfying, but fun!
